NVG has 30+ years of experience in OS platforms, Product Engineering and Product Management services in embedded technologies (in all four layers: digital hardware, BSPs and drivers, middleware and applications) for the industry verticals of consumer electronics, defense electronics, control systems, nuclear instruments, industrial security systems and office automation. He successfully managed Strategic Business Units with technology product services.
NVG possesses strong technology background and has vast experience in technically leading high-performance technology teams that developed industry leading products for embedded technology customers. He spent 20 years in engineering digital hardware, firmware & software and 15+ years in embedded product engineering & management. He worked extensively on building systems around microprocessors, microcontrollers, graphics controllers / processors and DSPs in various industry verticals.
He handled large offshore development centers and offshore engineering centers with multi-year, multi-location and multi-million $ contracts in outsourced-R&D and outsourced-product development services in embedded technologies. He worked in CMM environment, was a member of the CMM Assessment Team and also mentored important CMM KPA teams. He has been a process champion. He performed critical activities in organization level operations and strategy in the areas of Management and Leadership, Mergers and Acquisitions, Business Development, Human Capital Management, Software Engineering Processes, and Technology.
NVG is a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electronics and Communications engineering and Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Computer Sciences – both from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, India. NVG is currently with Sasnee Technologies at the level of Senior Vice President and is responsible for Strategic Business of the organisation. Prior to joining Sasnee Technologies, he worked for Electronics Corporation of India Ltd. (ECIL - a premier Govt. Of India Public Sector Electronics Company), VisualSoft Technologies, Tata Consultancy Services in core technology, technology management and program / strategic business unit management roles.
